Commissioner Joseph presented a certificate to honor the First Coast Cultural Center’s 30th Anniversary.
At the October 21, 2025, St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners Regular Meeting, Commissioner Krista Joseph presented a certificate recognizing First Coast Cultural Center’s dedication to providing a place to create, understand, and experience the arts in St. Johns County for the past 30 years through arts education and cultural programming. Commissioner Joseph called upon Silvia Romero and others to the front of the auditorium to accept the certificate.
