UPDATE: Northern Marsh Landing Entrance Remains Closed for Water Main Repair

Ongoing repairs expected to be complete this evening.

September 10, 2025 – The northern entrance to Marsh Landing in Ponte Vedra Beach remains temporarily closed due to an emergency water main repair. Crews are working to repair the break and stabilize the roadway for community access. The area is expected to be stabilized later this evening and the entrance re-opened in the morning.

The 12-inch water main break, located near the entrance on Marsh Landing Parkway near Ponte Vedra Lakes Boulevard, is affecting the entrance lane into the community. The exit lane remains open.

Crews are working diligently on a challenging repair, as underground infrastructure conflicts have slowed progress. A boil-water notice has been issued to the impacted residents.

Permanent road restoration will be scheduled later and will require planned entrance road closures to complete.

Officials noted heavy traffic in the area and continue to urge residents and visitors to avoid the Marsh Landing northern entrance until repairs are finalized.

Updates will be provided as available.
