County Administrator is a Featured Speaker at the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS

Joy Andrews shared an update on County projects and programs to local real estate agents and brokers.

On February 19, 2026, Joy Andrews, St. Johns County Administrator, was a featured speaker at the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS membership meeting. Andrews shared details of the many capital improvement projects which include roads, parks and other major efforts to improve the infrastructure of the community. She also hosted a Q&A session after the presentation.

St. Johns County successfully completed 61 capital projects in 2025 and has 59 additional capital projects scheduled to either begin construction or reach final completion in 2026. Together, these efforts represent more than $820 million in infrastructure investment across public facilities, public safety, parks and libraries, roadway improvements, utilities, land acquisition, coastal resiliency, and technology. He mentioned the Featured Projects webpage which has additional information on various projects for public works, utilities and coastal management.
