Lab tests show water is safe for consumption

(St. Augustine, FL, June 21, 2026) – A Retraction Notice has been issued to lift the original Precautionary Boil Water Notice for the Boulevard Des Pins area in St. Augustine:

4268 – 4270 Legare Ave
259 – 300 Boulevard Des Pins
All of Lewis Ave

The St. Johns County Utility Department has completed lab tests showing the water is safe for consumption. The boil water notice had been in effect since June 19th.

Door tags were used to notify the residents affected by this Boil Water Notice Retraction. Citizens may call the Department’s Boil Water Notice Hotline at (904) 209-2731 for additional information or visit the Department’s website at www.sjcutility.us.
