Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. Industrial Development Authority Special Meeting

The primary purpose of the IDA is to issue tax-exempt bond financing for manufacturing facilities within the county. The IDA can also issue bonds for certain exempt facilities such as water & sewer projects, solid waste and hazardous waste facilities as well as bonds for tax-exempt 501 (C)(3) non-profit organizations.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, PURSUANT to Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, representatives of the Collective Bargaining Team of St. Johns County and representatives of the International Association of Firefighters Local #3865 will meet in public session for the purpose of collective bargaining contract negotiations.  The following meetings have been scheduled in the San Sebastian Conference Room:

• Wednesday, November 19, 2025 – 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, December 10, 2025 – 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

St. Johns County Transportation Advisory Group (TAG) Annual Meeting

St. Johns County Permit Center Conference Room 2

The meeting will discuss how to prioritize roadway and FDOT transportation alternative fund projects for submission to the Board of County Commissioners approval. Project priorities will then be submitted to the North Florida TPO, then forwarded to the FDOT District 2 offices for consideration in their Five Year Work Program (FY 2027/28 – 2031/32). A virtual option can be made available for those who do not wish to attend in person.
