2025 Nights of Lights Planning Workshop

The Board of County Commissioners of St. Johns County, Florida will hold a workshop to discuss the planning for the 2025 Nights of Lights. This will be a roundtable discussion and will not be broadcast live.

Elected officials from the City of St. Augustine and the City of St. Augustine Beach and members of the County’s Tourist Development Council may attend and participate in the workshop.

Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. Tourist Development Council

The Tourist Development Council is required by the authorizing legislation to meet at least four times per year but has chosen to meet more frequently. The meetings are typically held on the third Monday of the month in the County Auditorium at 500 San Sebastian View at 1:30 p.m.
