The St. Johns County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals hold monthly meetings on the third Monday of every month at 4:00 p.m. with the exception of the January and February meetings. Tourist Development Council

St. Johns County Administration Building Auditorium

The Tourist Development Council is required by the authorizing legislation to meet at least four times per year, but has chosen to meet more frequently. The meetings are held on the third Monday of the month in the County Auditorium at 500 San Sebastian View at 1:30 p.m.

NW Sector Community Meeting: CPA(SS) 2024-03 Colee Cove Hamlet

St. Johns County Wind Mitigation Building

A community meeting will be held to discuss the proposed application for Colee Cove Hamlet small scale Comprehensive Plan amendment CPA(SS) 2024000003. The subject property is located on the east side of Colee Cove Road directly across from Rusty Anchor Road and consists of approximately 45.8+- acres. The applications propose to modify the Future Land Use Map designation of the property from Rural/Silviculture(R/S) to Residential-A with an accompanying site-specific text amendment which will limit the total number of dwelling units to a maximum of 11 on this 45.8+- acres. The subject property is zoned Open Rural (OR) and will remain the same. The proposed development would create 11 lots with an average size of 4.2 acres each to maintain the rural nature of the existing Colee Cove neighborhood.
