Northeast Florida Regional Airport
The public airport owns more than 750 acres of vacant land on the west side of U.S. 1 across from the airport facility that is zoned Airport Development (AD), which allows for a wide range of uses by right or special use, including industrial use.

IGP/95 Logistics Park at World Commerce Center
This industrial logistics park is coming soon to St. Johns County for light industrial and warehousing uses. The three-building site is located at World Commerce Center near SR-16 and International Golf Parkway and will offer a combined 509,900 SF of space.

Community Redevelopment
The St. Johns County Community Redevelopment Agency was established to promote, coordinate and fund a variety of residential and commercial efforts in three community redevelopment areas. Based on priorities established by each community, redevelopment programs have been created to develop infrastructure to encourage and support economic growth and improve the quality of life for people who live and work in these areas.
