The HOA invited Commissioner Murphy to provide updates on St. Johns County.
On October 23, 2025, County Commissioner Clay Murphy represented the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners at an HOA meeting of the Moultrie Oaks Retirement Park. He offered updates on capital improvement projects, the new budget and various services and programs.
Moultrie Oaks was established in 1985, and continues to this day, as a family owned and operated manufactured home community for retirees looking for a winter escape. The community is composed of approximately 220 homes situated on 43 acres.
