Lab tests show water is safe for consumption

St. Augustine, FL, August 2, 2026 – A Retraction Notice has been issued to lift the original Precautionary Boil Water Notice for the following addresses:

101 to 117 Marsh Place North
201 to 221 Marsh Place South
201 to 245 Vista Court
275 to 287 Joey Drive

The St. Johns County Utility Department has completed lab tests showing the water is safe for consumption. The boil water notice had been in effect since July 29th following a stormwater project.

Door tags were used to notify the facilities affected by this Boil Water Notice Retraction. Citizens may call the Department’s Boil Water Notice Hotline at (904) 209-2731 for additional information or visit the Department’s website at www.sjcutility.us.
