Lab tests show water is safe for consumption

(St. Augustine, FL – September 25, 2026) – A Retraction Notice has been issued to lift the original Precautionary Boil Water Notice for the following addresses in Marsh Creek in St. Augustine:

826 to 870 Summer Bay Dr.

The St. Johns County Utility Department has completed lab tests showing the water is safe for consumption. The boil water notice had been in effect since September 23rd when a contractor hit a water main.

Door tags were used to notify the residents affected by this Boil Water Notice Retraction. Citizens may call the Department’s Boil Water Notice Hotline at (904) 209-2731 for additional information or visit the Department’s website at www.sjcutility.us.
