NOTICE OF NORTHWEST SECTOR COMMUNITY PLANNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING REGARDING FCE Daily’s Place CPA(SS)2025-13 an application to change the Future Land Use Category of 7.7 acres (consisting of parcels north and south of Otoe’s Place) from Residential B to Community Commercial with a text policy reducing and limiting development to no more than 20,000 square feet of commercial general space with geographic use limitations and prohibited uses by parcel. The text policy also provides specific Scenic and Development Edge dimensions along with compatibility buffers.

A public participation community meeting will be held regarding a request for a Special Use Permit Major Review (SUPMAJ 2025-29) for the construction of a new 175-foot Monopole Antenna Tower with 5-foot appurtenance (Total 180-ft AFG). The approximate 6,400sf (80’x80’) tower parcel is located north of St. Thomas Island Parkway, further described as St. Johns County Parcel ID 026570-0010.
