NW Sector Community Meeting: CPA(SS) 2026-05 & SUPMAJ 2026-08 Little Florence Cove Fish Camp

PROPOSED PROJECT SITE

The Community Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 6 PM to 7 PM at the Chandler Oaks Barn, 490 Chandler Oaks Lane, St. Augustine, FL 32092. We will be available to discuss the proposed development in more detail and answer any questions you may have at the community meeting. The development includes a waterfront restaurant, special event venue with on-site lodgings and multi-slip transient docks within the southern section of the St. Johns River.
The property owner has submitted the following applications: CPA(SS) 2026-05, a request to change the property’s future land use designation from Residential-A to Rural Commercial, SUPMAJ 2026-08, a request to allow for a Fish Camp, Special Event Venue and the Sale and On-Site Consumption of Alcohol, and ZVAR 2026-TBD, a variance request to allow transient docks for non-residential uses within St. Johns River-South (SJR-S (1)).
