NOTICE OF NORTHWEST SECTOR COMMUNITY PLANNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING REGARDING: The Shearwater 210 Planned Unit Development (PUD). The subject property is 6.04 +/- acres and located on the southwest corner of Shearwater Parkway and CR 210 W. The property owner has filed applications CPA(SS) 2023-11, future land use map amendment request from Rural/Silviculture (R/S) to Community Commercial (CC) and PUD 2023-22, a rezoning request from Open Rural (OR) to PUD for a commercial development with a maximum of 72,480 square feet of commercial, retail, and/or office uses.
