St. Johns County Utilities (SJCU) has released a new video that takes residents behind the scenes of its Customer Service Department, showcasing the people who help more than 66,000 customers each month with professionalism, care, and a neighborly touch.

The video highlights the 20-member team based in St. Augustine who assist customers with account setup, billing, water usage tracking, and service questions. Their goal: to ensure every customer receives the same level of courtesy and attention they would expect from a neighbor.
