Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. If you have any questions regarding the agenda please call County Administration at (904) 209-0530.

Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals (CBAA)

The St. Johns County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals hold monthly meetings on the third Monday of every month at 4:00 p.m. with the exception of the January and February meetings. The meetings will take place in the St. Johns County Permit Center located at 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine

Tourist Development Council

The Tourist Development Council is required by the authorizing legislation to meet at least four times per year, but has chosen to meet more frequently. The meetings are typically held on the third Monday of the month in the County Auditorium at 500 San Sebastian View at 1:30 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public participation community meeting will be held regarding a request to rezone approximately 11.8 acres of land from Open Rural (OR) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a proposed new health and fitness facility. Industrial Development Authority

The primary purpose of the IDA is to issue tax-exempt bond financing for manufacturing facilities within the county. The IDA can also issue bonds for certain exempt facilities such as water & sewer projects, solid waste and hazardous waste facilities as well as bonds for tax-exempt 501 (C)(3) non-profit organizations.
