NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, PURSUANT to Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, representatives of the Collective Bargaining Team of St. Johns County and representatives of the International Association of Firefighters Local #3865 will meet in public session for the purpose of collective bargaining contract negotiations.  The following meetings have been scheduled in the San Sebastian Conference Room:

Friday, October 3, 2025 – 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The San Sebastian Conference Room is located in the County Administration Building, 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the meeting scheduled for September 29, 2025 between representatives of the Collective Barganing Team of St. Johns County and representatives of the International Association of Firefighters Local #3865 has been cancelled.  The meeting was scheduled to begin at 1:00pm in the San Sebastian Conference Room in the County Administration Building located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL.

Insurance Committee Meeting

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St.  Johns County Insurance Committee will hold a special meeting on Friday, September 26, 2025, beginning  at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Johns County Administration Building – Training Conference Room, 500 San Sebastian View St Augustine, FL  32084. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss insurance issues and any other business of the committee. It is anticipated that one or more of the St. Johns County Commissioners may attend and participate at this meeting.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he/she may need to    ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

FY 2026 Final Budget Meeting

On September 16, 2025, at 5:01 pm in the County Auditorium (500 San Sebastian View), the Board of County Commissioners will follow a procedure prescribed by Florida Statute 200.065, as part of the 2nd Public Hearing to adopt the Fiscal Year 2026 Millage Rates and Budget.

The Board of County Commissioners will consider two motions (per Florida Statute 200.065):

1. A motion to adopt Final Millage Rates necessary to fund the Fiscal Year 2026 budget.
2. A motion to approve the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget
