Overview
The SJC Purchasing Department administers the activities for the procurement and contracting of goods, services and construction required for the County, in accordance with the SJC Purchasing Policy and all applicable laws. These activities include sourcing, solicitations, negotiating and administrating contracts, issuing and maintaining Purchase Orders, administering the P-Card Program, as well as managing and disposing of County surplus.

The discussions shall be closed to the public, but will be recorded in accordance with public records laws. At the conclusion of the discussions a public evaluation meeting will be held to announce the evaluator scores for the discussions, the updated total scores, and the final ranking of Respondents. The evaluation meeting will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Florida Sunshine Laws.
