Cultural Resource Review Board (CRRB)

The Cultural Resource Review Board (CRRB) typically meets on the second Monday of every other month, at 1:30 p.m. at the St. Johns County Permit Center Conference Room 1, 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, Florida.

Industrial Development Authority

San Sebastian Conference Room - St. Johns County Administration Building

The primary purpose of the IDA is to issue tax-exempt bond financing for manufacturing facilities within the county. The IDA can also issue bonds for certain exempt facilities such as water & sewer projects, solid waste and hazardous waste facilities as well as bonds for tax-exempt 501 (C)(3) non-profit organizations.

Development Review Committee (DRC)

The Development Review Committee (DRC) consists of a representative of each department/program responsible for participating in the review of development plan applications with the intent of providing information regarding development applications.  This meeting is held every Wednesday.

This meeting is open to the public, however, there is no public comment portion and is informational in purpose.

The LAMP Board meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday, in the first month of each quarter, from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. in the St. Johns County Administration Building Auditorium, 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. This meeting was scheduled for Thursday, December 12th, 2024, due to a scheduling conflict in the Auditorium.

The St. Johns County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals hold monthly meetings on the third Monday of every month at 4:00 p.m. with the exception of the January and February meetings. The meetings will take place in the St. Johns County Permit Center located at 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine

Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July.
