The County will hear presentations of Technical Proposals from the three (3) ranked Respondents under this
RFQ. The scores of the presented Technical Proposals shall be announced at the public evaluation meeting to
announce the evaluator scores, the updated total scores, and the final ranking of Respondents. The evaluation
meeting will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Florida Sunshine Laws.

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July.
