Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 6pm at the St. Johns County Agricultural Center (Wind Mitigation

a request for a Major Modification to the St. Augustine Outlet Center Planned Unit Development
(PUD), also known as the St. Augustine Premium Outlets, for the addition of certain temporary uses

Industrial Development Authority

The primary purpose of the IDA is to issue tax-exempt bond financing for manufacturing facilities within the county. The IDA can also issue bonds for certain exempt facilities such as water & sewer projects, solid waste and hazardous waste facilities as well as bonds for tax-exempt 501 (C)(3) non-profit organizations.
