April 21, 2025 – St. Johns County Approves Major Expansion of Field of Dreams Baseball

Field of Dreams Baseball, St. Johns County’s disability-friendly baseball field located at Aberdeen Park (1401 Shetland Drive, St. Johns), is set to undergo a major expansion. To celebrate the start of work on this project, a groundbreaking ceremony will be held at 11:30 a.m. on May 3.

April 17, 2025 – News4Jax Visits St. Johns County

On April 4, St. Johns County hosted the News4Jax newscasts at Veterans Park as a part of their “4 Your Neighborhood” series. The station invited Chair Krista Joseph, District 4, and Commissioner Christian Whitehurst, District 1, to appear on the afternoon newscast to discuss regional parks plans, infrastructure projects, and more.

April 15, 2025 – St. Johns County Celebrates Renovation of Mussallem Beachfront Park with Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

St. Johns County celebrated the renovation of Mussallem Beachfront Park (3365 Coastal Highway, St. Augustine) with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
