Economic Development Resource Partners

Through a formal partnership with St. Johns County, the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce assists new and existing businesses interested in locating and expanding in the County and provides technical assistance related to site selection and other due-diligence requests.

The Industrial Development Authority (IDA) provides public bond financing for manufacturing and non-profit entities located within St. Johns County to stimulate industrial development and support economic development.

The Northeast Florida Regional Airport is a full-service general aviation airport and home to multiple aviation-related businesses located in St. Johns County.

Through a partnership with the Small Business Administration, University of North Florida and St. Johns County, the Small Business Development Center of Northeast Florida provides free consulting, training and specialized assistance to established businesses and individuals considering starting a business in St. Johns County.

JAXUSA Partnership serves as the lead coordinator of the seven-county regional economic development recruitment and marketing program for Northeast Florida. 

Select Florida through Florida Commerce serves as the statewide clearinghouse for economic development information and state-level business incentives.

The FPL Department of Economic Development provides data tools and resources to local EDOs and a special rate on electric service to qualified Florida business operations.
