NOTICE OF NORTHWEST SECTOR COMMUNITY PLANNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING REGARDING a request for a Special Use Permit Major Review (“SUPMAJ 2026-09”) for the construction of new 195-foot Monopole Antenna Tower with 4-foot appurtenance (Total 199-ft AGL). The approximate 6,400sf (80’ x 80’) tower parcel is located at County Road 13 North, St. Augustine, Florida 32092; Parcel ID 0132400010 (depicted on map below).
