Living Stone Outreach Celebrates Its Second Transitional Home

Earlier this year, St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners Clay Murphy, District 3; Ann Taylor, District 5; and Christian Whitehurst, District 1, attended the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony event for Living Stone Outreach’s second transitional home. The Shamrock House is located at 312 Shamrock Road, St. Augustine, FL 32086.
This event was hosted in partnership with the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce and other community leaders in attendance. The event marked an important expansion of housing for women in crisis transition. The ceremonies featured remarks from Anna Corsi, CEO/Founder of Living Stone Outreach Services, Inc., community partner remarks, and the official ribbon cutting.
The Shamrock House expands the capacity to provide safe, structured transitional housing for women coming out of addiction, incarceration, domestic violence, and other crisis situations. In addition to housing, it provides trauma-informed support groups, GED assistance, employment placement support, and financial literacy programming to help women achieve long-term stability and reduce recidivism.

Living Stone Outreach Services, Inc. is a St. Johns County–based nonprofit dedicated to supporting women in transition, particularly those overcoming substance use challenges, re-entry after incarceration, and other life crises. Our mission is to provide safe, structured housing paired with practical resources such as job readiness support, financial literacy, GED preparation, and connections to community partners for counseling and recovery services. In 2025 alone, Living Stone Outreach served 24 women, and we currently have 26 women on our waiting list, demonstrating the growing need for supportive housing in our community. With the opening of our second home, the Shamrock House, we are expanding our capacity to provide safe housing and a pathway to stability, employment, and long-term independence.
