The purpose of the meeting is for County staff to: discuss; finalize individual evaluations; summarize the individual evaluations; and for respondents to answer pre-determined questions for recommendation of award to the Board of County Commissioners. This is a public meeting and will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Florida Sunshine Law.

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. The County will hear presentations of Technical Proposals from the three (3) ranked Respondents under this
RFQ. The scores of the presented Technical Proposals shall be announced at the public evaluation meeting to
announce the evaluator scores, the updated total scores, and the final ranking of Respondents. The evaluation
meeting will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Florida Sunshine Laws.

Industrial Development Authority

The primary purpose of the IDA is to issue tax-exempt bond financing for manufacturing facilities within the county. The IDA can also issue bonds for certain exempt facilities such as water & sewer projects, solid waste and hazardous waste facilities as well as bonds for tax-exempt 501 (C)(3) non-profit organizations.
