First Coast Energy, the Jacksonville-based owner and operator of Daily’s convenience stores, has withdrawn its application for a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment, CPA(SS) 2025-13. The application pertained to an approximately 7.7-acre property located at 600 State Road 13 North in the Fruit Cove area of St. Johns County. The application had been scheduled for a public hearing before the Board of County Commissioners on August 4, 2026, as part of its regular meeting. As a result of the withdrawal, the item will not be considered at that meeting.
