World Golf Village Public Involvement Comment Solicitation Meetings – St. Johns County staff requests verbal comments about the World Golf Village project. The comments provided, along with other research conducted, will be used to develop a report to the Board of County Commissioners. Meetings will take place at the County Administration Building Auditorium on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, 5:30pm - 7:30pm and Thursday, September 28, 2023, 9:00am - 11:00am. St. Johns County Seeks Community Input on World Golf Village – St. Johns County announced that the public has an opportunity to provide their input on the properties being vacated by the World Golf Foundation (WGF), which include the World Golf Hall of Fame, IMAX Theater, PGA Tour Productions facility, as well as various parking lots and other property amenities. St. Johns County Economic Development Office is the designated primary partner with Enterprise Florida, the state’s economic development organization. Our office provides assistance to businesses interested in locating and expanding into the County including site selection, incentive negotiation and other due-diligence requests.
