Insurance Committee Meeting

The property owner has filed application SUPMAJ 2025-14, to permit development and operation of the Greenway Recycling and Resource Recovery Facility on ± 73.72 acres of land located on the west side of CR 13A N, south of Oscar Ashton Road.
We will be available to discuss the proposed development in more detail and answer any questions you may have at the community meeting. Should you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Industrial Development Authority

San Sebastian Conference Room – St. Johns County Administration Building

The primary purpose of the IDA is to issue tax-exempt bond financing for manufacturing facilities within the county. The IDA can also issue bonds for certain exempt facilities such as water & sewer projects, solid waste and hazardous waste facilities as well as bonds for tax-exempt 501 (C)(3) non-profit organizations.

Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July.
