Additionally, if a shortlist is provided for in the RFQ, the determination of such shortlist shall be made at this meeting. If no shortlist is provided for in the RFQ, the determination shall be made if additional presentations/interviews are needed, or if recommendation to award shall be made.

2025 Nights of Lights Planning Workshop

Elected officials from the City of St. Augustine and the City of St. Augustine Beach and members of the County’s Tourist Development Council may attend and participate in the workshop.

Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July.
